Mary Young thought of everything in her book "in search of charm".
Here are her variations on knitwear. Which one do you wear?
I'm a huge cardigan number 5 fan. The up and down V that it creates minimises my bust, lengthens my neckline and disguises any tummy bumps if it is worn over a darker top - perfect!

I do number five as well. Are you an hourglass? I reckon it is extremely flattering on an hourglass figure. :D
ReplyDeleteI love to wear my cardis back to front especially when it has a v-neck - there is something so flattering about a v-back:) I love these posts keep'em comming;)
ReplyDeleteOnly number 6 and 7 I have never done. I do love the back to front idea.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the new ideas ;)
Well I have never worn one backwards... But I have tried all the rest. I would be afraid someone would say "Excuse me... you put your cardigan on wrong" lol
ReplyDeleteBackwards you say... hmmm.. me likes!
ReplyDeleteI usually go for number 4 because I hate doing up fiddly little cardigan buttons. Hehe.

I do number 5 too. I used to wear them backwards all the time when I was younger but I find the neck funny on the newer cardigans. x
ReplyDeleteI've never tried back to front, but definitely all the others. The only one that really won't work on me is one button fastened at the top - it looks like a stage, with the curtains parting to reveal every bump and bulge!
